Regional Project Lead - Remote

Overview

The Regional Project Lead manages and coordinates activities of project teams in designated countries and ensures consistency of Clinical Operations processes across regions, ensuring that study milestones are met.

In Short

• Manage and coordinate project teams across regions.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and study documents.
• Act as the primary project management contact for designated countries.
• Perform study status reviews and report progress.
• Develop and update project planning documents.
• Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for project teams.
• Coordinate site contractual startup and budget negotiations.
• Supervise clinical project team members’ performance.
• Conduct training for investigators and project teams.
• Oversee investigator and site payments and data monitoring.

Requirements

• Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience in Clinical Research and site monitoring.
• Experience as a Study Manager or Lead.
• Preferred experience in Oncology.
• Full working proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including MS Project.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to negotiate and build relationships.
• Team-building and leadership skills.
