• Performs oversight and project management of GIS-related tasks of varying complexity.
• Extensive knowledge of GIS, GPS, and other geospatial technologies is critical for this role.
• Education requirements may include Master’s, Bachelor’s, or acceptable experience with a professional certification combined in GIS geography, computer science, and other related disciplines.
• Ability to foster teamwork collaboratively as a participant, and effectively as a team leader.
• Ability to guide and lead colleagues on projects and initiatives.
• Understanding and insight into how organizations perform, including business processes, data, systems, and people.
• Ability to effectively communicate to stakeholders of all levels.
