Contract / Service Level Manager - Remote

Overview

You will work within the Build & Repair department, part of TDO Networks Mobile Access. Our team of 16 professionals ensures the physical realization and maintenance of KPN’s mobile network. We collaborate with external partners and internal departments to deliver new locations and expansions on time and within budget.

In Short

• Ensure compliance and optimization of contractual agreements between KPN and Althio.
• Maintain balance between quality and costs of services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes.
• Approve invoices for rental of Althio and third-party sites.
• Manage tactical control of service quality.
• Establish and execute governance agreements.
• Escalate operational issues and manage contract changes.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supplier management of large contracts.
• Completed HBO/WO education, e.g., in law, finance, or contract management.
• Solid knowledge of Dutch law.
• Able to switch between detail and strategic overview.
• Strong communication skills and persuasiveness.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Goal-oriented, creative, and structured work approach.
