Management Consulting - Intern to Hire Junior Consultant - Remote

Overview

ProSidian Consulting seeks a Management Consulting Intern who will be responsible for supporting our engagement team in a variety of functions, including but not limited to, designing build & deploying strategies and providing solutions for technology, organizational structure and/or business process improvement.

In Short

• Support engagement team in management consulting tasks.
• Design and deploy strategies for business process improvement.
• Learn ProSidian’s solution sets and respond to client needs.
• Participate in all phases of the management consulting process.
• Work with Federal or Private clients.
• Transition to a Full Time Junior Consultant role after 90 days.
• Gain experience in management consulting.
• Engage with high-ranking public and private stakeholders.
• Demonstrate effective communication and organizational skills.
• Work standard business hours in the office.

Requirements

• Passion for management consulting and operations.
• Excellent people skills and attention to detail.
• College Senior majoring in relevant fields preferred.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA with no disciplinary history.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Superior interpersonal skills and professionalism.
