Environmental Compliance Consultant - Remote

Overview

ProSidian is seeking an Environmental Compliance Consultant to support an engagement for the US Dept. of Energy (DOE) Hanford, focusing on regulatory support and environmental compliance.

In Short

• Full-Time position supporting DOE Hanford.
• Provide regulatory support to environmental staff.
• Evaluate performance in regulatory permitting activities.
• Identify environmental performance issues.
• Review permit documents and conduct fieldwork.
• Support regulatory inspections and analysis.
• Work with the ECD Director on strategic planning.
• Attend meetings with regulatory agencies.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in engineering, science, or business management.
• Five years of relevant experience in environmental compliance.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and permitting.
• Effective writing and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Knowledge of Hanford Site mission preferred.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID or meet entry requirements.
• Ability to identify conflicts of interest.
• Demonstrated problem resolution skills.
• Experience with regulatory agencies.
