In Short

• Join WSP’s Earth & Environment group as an Experienced Environmental Consultant.
• Support the Contaminated Lands team in Ottawa, Ontario.
• Work with a close-knit team of engineering specialists and professionals.
• Manage and execute projects related to Site Assessment and Remediation services.
• Supervise and coach junior colleagues.
• Engage independently with clients and contractors.
• Prepare project documentation and coordinate subcontractors.
• Participate in client engagement and business development.
• Maintain excellent project records and adhere to industry standards.
• Lead and manage a wide array of projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor or post-graduate degree in environmental sciences or engineering.
• Eligible to be registered as a “Qualified Person (QP)” with appropriate professional certification.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant working experience in environmental site assessment.
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations (O.Reg. 153/04, O.Reg. 406/19).
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written).
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for health and safety.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for light duty projects.
