Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join us as part of the ProRata B2B team. In this role, you will be in the heart of our mission and working with the team to identify business needs and opportunities.

In Short

• Conduct modeling and analysis using both qualitative and quantitative measures to inform business decisions.
• Translate practical needs into technical and/or business requirements.
• Participate in developing short-term and long-range plans and budgets based on organizational goals.
• Lead and manage high-priority, cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Identify and prioritize important business trends to support strategic projects.
• Build business cases to support strategic initiatives using stakeholder needs, market changes, and data-driven insights.
• Oversee the execution of strategic plans and report on their impact on the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in economics, computer science, or business or a related field.
• 3+ years of work experience as an analyst generating insights from analysis on large data sets to drive business decisions.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to take complex, ambiguous topics and turn them into compelling narratives for different audiences.
• Experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
