The Acute Care Physical Therapist will assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs aimed at improving functional mobility, relieving pain, and correcting disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury. This role involves providing age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers, as well as supervising care provided by team members.

Requirements

  • 1 year of relevant experience required
  • Direct Access certification within one year for BS or MS degree holders
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Commitment to patient care and education
  • Experience in acute care settings preferred
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
