EDI Enrollment Specialist - Remote

As the fastest growing company in the physical therapy EMR space and the new standard in healthcare technology, we’re looking to bring on an EDI Enrollment Specialist to help contribute to the continued growth of our EDI/ERA Department.

In Short

• Assist clients in the enrollment process for EDI/ERA.
• Create and manage EDI Master List for enrollments.
• Complete drafts of EDI enrollments and seek client approval.
• Obtain signatures on enrollment forms.
• File enrollment forms with payers and clearinghouses.
• Follow up with clients on form completion.
• Utilize helpdesk software for communication and follow-ups.
• Cross-train with EDI analysts as needed.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Knowledge of X12 Manual (837P, 837I, 835, 276, 277).
• Experience with Healthcare EDI/ERA enrollment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines with urgency.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated and able to multitask.
