EDI Analyst I - Remote

In Short

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our RCM/Clearinghouse capabilities.
• Resolve common support ticket inquiries in a timely manner.
• Improve and advocate for customer experience.
• Understand customer needs on a case by case basis.
• Ensure ERA/EDI Enrollment Process is underway.
• Provide customers with relevant enrollment paperwork.
• Monitor accounts for rejections or issues.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of X12 Manual (837P, 837I, 835, 276, 277).
• Experience performing Healthcare EDI/ERA enrollment process.
• Experience as EDI Analyst, troubleshooting clearinghouse/payer related rejections.
• Clear and effective communicator.
• Demonstrated extreme attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines with a strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask.
