In Short

• Prepare, analyze, and summarize monthly financials and KPIs.
• Assist with fiscal period variance analysis.
• Provide lead-to-order reporting and analysis.
• Develop and communicate significant analyses identifying trends.
• Leverage tools to present concise information to management.
• Maintain driver-based financial models.
• Support revenue and cost initiatives.
• Conduct market segmentation and competitive landscape analyses.
• Support new products, pricing, and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• 5+ years in financial modeling, planning, and analysis.
• Experience with data-driven models.
• Direct experience with sales management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously under pressure.
• Initiative in analysis and strong intuition for numbers.
• Process improvement skills.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Google Workspace, and HubSpot.
• Experience in SaaS and venture-backed startups is a plus.
