Senior UX Designer - Remote

Overview

Prokeep is looking for a strategic UX Designer to play a critical role in shaping the look, feel, and information architecture of our product for the next five years.

In Short

• Own and evolve Prokeep's design system and UX vision.
• Think and design at the systems level.
• Drive discovery before design through customer interviews and usability testing.
• Connect design decisions to business outcomes using product analytics.
• Implement information architecture improvements.
• Partner with PM and Engineering teams as a cross-functional peer.
• Design, prototype, and validate solutions using AI-powered tools.
• Drive iterative, low-disruption UX improvements.
• Act as a strong user advocate influencing product decisions.
• Clearly communicate design rationale across teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing user-centered B2B or operations-focused digital products.
• Track record of connecting design decisions to measurable business outcomes.
• Experience owning or significantly contributing to a design system.
• Strong expertise across the full design discipline.
• Habit of initiating research independently.
• Fluency with AI-assisted design workflows.
• Comfort working with product analytics and behavioral data.
• Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional, agile environments.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Thrives in ambiguity; treats continuous discovery as the job.
