Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting.
• Familiarity with ATS systems, preferably Ashby.
• Exposure to LinkedIn sourcing and candidate screening.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Organized and self-motivated.
• Comfortable using tech tools like Google Workspace and Slack.
• Bonus if experienced with recruitment marketing.
