In Short

• Fully-remote, Full-time, 9 AM - 5 PM EST
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and optimize social media channels for engagement and lead generation.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
• Conduct content creation for blogs, social media, and email marketing.
• Execute basic design work for marketing materials.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with leadership to set KPIs and marketing goals.
• Take ownership of the marketing department for 3-6 months.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a B2B setting.
• Proven ability to develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies.
• Experience with SEO, SEM, PPC campaigns, and social media marketing.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools.
• Strong content creation skills.
• Basic proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools.
• Self-starter with the ability to execute campaigns independently.
• Strong project management skills.
