This is a high-impact role responsible for executing scalable lead-generation funnels, paid advertising strategies, and engagement tactics. You’ll work closely with outsourced specialists, content strategists, and designers to optimize marketing efforts and ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Own and execute customer acquisition and growth strategies, increasing brand awareness, lead generation, and audience expansion.
  • Develop scalable marketing funnels, paid advertising strategies, and engagement tactics to drive business growth.
  • Optimize conversion rate strategies, enhancing lead capture through high-performing landing pages and ad creatives.
  • Manage outsourced specialists for paid media, SEO, and other growth initiatives as needed.
  • Design performance-driven social media strategies, ensuring high engagement and visibility.
  • Implement data-driven engagement strategies, refining efforts to maximize reach and lead conversion.
  • Provide strategic oversight for industry-specific content, ensuring alignment with audience needs and engagement trends.
  • Track and analyze performance data to continuously refine and improve marketing efforts.
  • Increased customer acquisition and audience growth through strategic marketing efforts.
  • Optimized marketing funnels that turn visibility into qualified leads.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in growth marketing, digital strategy, or performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of paid and organic marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, analytics tools, and automation platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data, track performance, and optimize campaigns for conversions.
  • Works effectively with content strategists, designers, and outsourced teams.
