• Develop strategies for community building and moderation in the app.

Requirements

• Degree in Communication, Marketing, Sociology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in community management, preferably with digital platforms.
• Knowledge in social media, content creation, and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of community dynamics and excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in German and very good English skills.
• Affinity for sustainable and social topics as well as digital tools and platforms.
