Manager, Digital Community - Remote

Overview

2K is looking for a Manager, Digital Community to drive the community management vision, strategy, and execution for both our Hangar 13 and Cloud Chamber portfolio of partnered projects with a primary focus on engaging within the Steam platform.

In Short

• Engage and build relationships with players across community platforms.
• Partner with various teams to champion player needs.
• Create a feedback loop for title communities.
• Assist marketing teams with execution of marketing requests.
• Collaborate with publishing partners on community growth strategies.
• Develop and execute community programs to promote fan engagement.
• Identify creator opportunities to grow communities.
• Develop community engagement metrics and performance analysis.

Requirements

• 3-6 years in a digital community building role.
• Passion for engaging and growing entertainment communities.
• Understanding of community management platforms.
• Highly collaborative and creative.
• Outgoing and proactive in building relationships.
• Organized, timely, and communicative.
• Knowledge of the video game landscape, especially Mafia and BioShock.
• Able to analyze data and communicate insights.
