Overview

The Case Management Associate will assist the Case Management department in the administration of CM functions, including telephonic follow-up to members and monitoring member eligibility.

In Short

  • Full-time remote position.
  • Five 8-hour workdays per week.
  • Work hours between 8:30 am to 7:00 pm Central Time Zone.
  • Coordinate outreach to unenrolled families.
  • Track and document case status in the database.
  • Communicate program information to families.
  • Monitor member eligibility and update demographic information.
  • Research support groups and member resources.
  • Facilitate case closures.

Requirements

  • 1 – 3 years of customer service experience in healthcare.
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Fluent in English and bi-lingual in Spanish.
  • Call center experience strongly preferred.
  • Insurance/payor experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on root causes.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks.
  • Commitment to excellence in customer service.
