Manager, DevOps and Security - Remote

Overview

Procurify is seeking a talented and team-driven Manager, DevOps and Security to lead the DevOps and Security functions and support the company's growth.

In Short

• Manage a team of 4-8 DevOps, Security, and Site Reliability Engineers.
• Support a world-class tech stack deployed on AWS.
• Contribute hands-on expertise with security tooling and practices.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance security in the software development lifecycle.
• Lead the security incident response team.
• Promote a culture of security-first thinking within the organization.
• Utilize Terraform for infrastructure management.
• Participate in hackathons and continuous learning initiatives.
• Articulate cybersecurity risks through metrics for leadership communication.
• Work in a remote-first environment with flexible hours.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Security, or DevSecOps.
• Experience managing a team of engineers.
• Proficiency in AWS and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like CircleCI and ArgoCD.
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Expertise in monitoring tools like Grafana and Prometheus.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements (e.g., SOC 2, ISO27001).
• Certifications like CKAD or AWS Solutions Architect are a plus.
