Overview

Procede Software is seeking a skilled Technical Trainer to educate customers and internal teams on enterprise software solutions, delivering engaging training in various formats.

In Short

• Independently train dealership roles and Procede employees on relevant products.
• Perform administrative follow-up tasks using established processes.
• Build and foster customer relationships for supportive dialogue.
• Collaborate with the Training team to support best practices.
• Update existing curriculum and produce training materials.
• Assist new employees with professional development as a mentor.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the company.
• Maintain industry knowledge and provide training services.
• Manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Engage in innovative solutions for improved adult learning.

Requirements

• 1+ year of formal software training experience.
• Experience in the transportation/dealership/supply chain industry preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Experience delivering software training to various users is preferred.
• Available for 10-30% travel depending on project needs.
• Ability to obtain a passport for international travel.
