Requirements

• Deep knowledge of healthcare reimbursement models.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with RCM technology platforms.
• Thorough understanding of payer contracts and billing regulations.
• Must comply with HIPAA regulations.
