The Insurance Credit Resolution Specialist is responsible for accurate processing of insurance-related credits, managing inquiries, and preparing refund checks.

In Short

• Process insurance-related credits accurately and timely.
• Implement workflows for void and insurance refund requests.
• Research and resolve claims using athenaNet.
• Manage worklists through Salesforce.
• Process over 35 insurance refunds daily.
• Utilize athenaNet for refund letter preparation.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Prepare and sort checks for mailing.
• Handle returned checks appropriately.
• Perform other related duties as needed.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or relevant experience.
• 3+ years in physician revenue cycle or claims management.
• Experience with posting charges and payment posting.
• Familiarity with athenahealth’s tools.
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.

• Hourly pay range of $25.00-$26.45.
