Overview

As a Regulatory Compliance Specialist, you will research and monitor healthcare regulations and quality metrics from accrediting bodies across multiple facility types and communicate updates to internal teams for integration into performance measures.

  • Monitor updates or changes in regulations.
  • Convey actionable information to internal teams.
  • Ensure benchmarks and resources are updated in ActionCue CI.
  • Collaborate with product teams on regulatory requirements.
  • Document research and regulatory processes.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives.
  • Work directly with the Clinical Application Specialist team.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.
  • Degree in Nursing or a related clinical field.
  • Strong background in healthcare regulations and accrediting bodies.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to interpret regulatory standards across facility types.
  • Experience with quality measurement frameworks.
  • Knowledge of healthcare quality and risk management.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in healthcare IT systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive mindset.
