Payroll & Expense Specialist - Remote

Overview

A driven and mission focused Payroll & Expense Specialist to own the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, manage employee expense reimbursements, and reconcile corporate credit card transactions.

In Short

• Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions.
• Process payroll, maintain payroll records, and respond to employee questions related to pay.
• Review and process employee reimbursement requests.
• Reconcile monthly corporate credit card statements.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll/financial information.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of ADP payroll experience.
• Experience with accounting software; Concur Expense and Sage Intacct preferred.
• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
