Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled manager to lead and drive growth within our Snow Grooming Customer Service division, focusing on parts and service management.

In Short

  • Oversee the Snow Grooming Customer Service business.

  • Support Regional Distribution Centers with customer relations.
  • Implement and optimize Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in a parts and service leadership role.
  • Proven leadership and project management skills.
  • Strong expertise in budgeting and financial management.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and ERP systems.
  • Experience in product or service campaign planning.
