Overview

As a Senior Analyst - RPA UiPath, you will work on automating business processes and act as a liaison between IT and the business community to document requirements and technical solutions.

In Short

• Engage with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth process analysis for selected automation processes.
• Create documentation such as Process Definition Documents.
• Define business requirements and test case scenarios.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects on implementation plans.
• Work with Automation Developers and Test Engineers during testing.
• Utilize UiPath RPA tools and methodologies.
• Provide guidance to junior team members.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to knowledge transfer documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5 years of experience with system requirements and business applications.
• Experience leading teams and providing direction.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance (HIPAA, PCI).
• Desire to work in a management role.
• Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
• Must be eligible to work in the USA without visa sponsorship.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
