Overview

We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Recruiter who will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-performing sales professionals, particularly within the technology sector.

In Short

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for sales roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Source and attract qualified candidates using various channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales talent.
• Track and manage candidate information in the ATS.
• Support employer branding initiatives.
• Provide market insights and recommendations to hiring managers.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in a similar position.
• Equipment ready (laptop, headset, etc.).
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Experience with various sourcing channels.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Ability to work in Eastern Timezone (Night Shift in PH).
