Overview

The Precision AQ VP Oncology Clinical Solutions position must balance strategic and operational competencies and possess a deep understanding of the Oncology Market Access Ecosystem. This individual will have pragmatic experience within the decision-making functions, including but not limited to clinical, economic, and patient experience factors that determine or influence product selection.

In Short

  • Act as a dedicated SME resource for ~3-5 Agency of Record (AOR) clients.
  • Provide strategic insights to optimize market access objectives.
  • Oversee OncoGenius Access deliverable parameters and client delivery.
  • Design & maintain Oncology Provider Group Surveys.
  • Assist in client pitches and onboarding meetings.
  • Support project manager in recruitment & retention of advisory panel members.
  • Inspire a culture based on teamwork and accountability.
  • Manage and coach team members to drive business objectives.
  • Travel ~ 20% of time.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Requirements

  • Clinical Oncology Expertise.
  • Pharmacy Administration experience.
  • 10+ years of Clinical Oncology or Oncology Administration experience.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Able to interpret customer needs.
