Senior Director, Evidence Synthesis - Remote

Our Evidence Synthesis and Decision Modeling team is seeking a Senior Director to join our group of industry-leading professionals. You’ll contribute to systematic literature review, meta-analysis, and indirect treatment comparison projects that demonstrate and communicate the value of new interventions for our pharma and biotech clients.

• Deliverable Creation: Review and sign off on deliverables including protocols, statistical analysis plans, technical reports, and slides.
• Strategic Direction: Contribute to short-term resourcing discussions as well as long-term strategic planning in conjunction with other senior leaders.
• Project Management: Lead multiple projects and ensure overall quality; develop recommendations based on expected impact.
• Client Management: Provide final sign-off on update slides/minutes and actions for overall study; own relationships with clients.
• Line Management/Team Development: Create development plans and act as a mentor for direct reports.
• Business Development: Provide methodological/subject matter input to and sign off on proposals and presentation content.
• Minimum Required: Master’s degree in a subject related to health services research.

Requirements

• 10 to 12 years experience serving biotech, pharmaceutical or healthcare clients.
• Willingness and desire to learn and share knowledge.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in R and BUGS/JAGS/Stan advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a diverse team.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Highly developed reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to line-manage and mentor direct and indirect reports.
