• Seeking a Manager, Project Support Service to lead project support staff.
• Develop and mentor project support staff to maintain quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with established SOPs and project plans.
• Participate in the hiring and training of new staff.
• Develop operational methodologies and standards for project support.
• Provide resources and training for staff to meet expectations.
• Manage workload and provide ongoing feedback to staff.
• Mentor staff in clinical study monitoring and regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• Ideal candidates should have relevant experience and skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, scientific, or healthcare discipline.
• At least 5 years of clinical research experience.
• Direct line management experience in project support roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Professional level English communication skills.
