You are excited to advance marketing at a rapidly growing company in the healthcare sector? PraxisConcierge is looking for a leader (first hire!) for our marketing team. You will be responsible for our brand presence and the operational implementation of all marketing measures while laying the groundwork for a growing marketing team.

In Short

• Responsible for the inbound funnel from first impression to demo booking.
• Implement ambitious growth goals in collaboration with the VP Growth.
• Create campaigns and coordinate their implementation with agencies and freelancers.
• Research, plan, and create innovative content across various channels.
• Maintain and develop the website with a focus on conversion.
• Ensure measurable marketing impact through data and conversion tracking.
• Develop and manage CRM-based measures for existing customers.
• Document processes for a growing team.
• Actively participate in defining and hiring new marketing roles.
• First marketing hire with real influence and impact on growth.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or Healthtech.
• Hands-on CMS experience (WordPress or similar).
• Familiarity with MQL, CAC, ACV, and sales conversion rates.
• Experience coordinating external service providers.
• Fluent in German and English.
