Overview

As the Controller at Próspera, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the company’s accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting processes, and internal controls. You will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring Próspera’s financial health aligns with its growth objectives. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented leader with a track record of driving continuous improvement in financial processes while maintaining compliance and accuracy. In particular, you must have experience working with complex organizations that encompass multiple legal entities and/or cross-border structures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred
• Experience in managing accounting operations and financial reporting
• Ability to navigate financials across multiple entities
• In-depth knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS
• Understanding of cryptocurrencies
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong analytical mindset
