In Short

• Lead complex K-12 education research and consultancy projects.
• Set the strategic research agenda and ensure methodological rigor.
• Leverage advanced data analysis to produce actionable insights.
• Manage project budgets and ensure compliance with standards.
• Develop and manage strong relationships with educational stakeholders.
• Champion the publication of findings and insights.
• Mentor a multidisciplinary team of researchers and data scientists.
• Evaluate emerging K-12 education trends for new research initiatives.
• Support grant proposals and funding opportunities.
• Contribute to business development and align research with organizational goals.

Requirements

• PhD in a relevant field preferred.
• Extensive experience in designing and conducting research studies.
• 5 years of experience in K-12 education research or consultancy.
• Deep knowledge of K-12 education topics and data.
• Passion for using data analysis to improve education.
• Experience in grant and RFP writing is a plus.
• Experience in educational product development is a plus.
• Leadership experience in a school or education agency is a plus.
