The Director of Paid Media will own the vision, performance, and revenue impact of the Paid Media department, focusing on revenue growth and client outcomes.

  • Own revenue growth within the existing paid media client base.
  • Protect and improve net revenue retention (NRR).
  • Ensure best-in-class, scalable, and defensible paid media services.
  • Build and coach a team of senior paid media leaders.
  • Manage relationships with executive stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Define and own the long-term vision for Paid Media.
  • Translate vision into clear quarterly priorities and KPIs.
  • Continuously evolve paid media offerings to stay competitive.
  • Hire, develop, and retain top-tier paid media leaders.
  • Ensure operational rigor and accountability within the department.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of paid media experience, including 2+ years in B2B SaaS.
  • 4+ years leading teams, including senior-level managers.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise paid media budgets ($50k+/month).
  • Demonstrated success driving expansion revenue and retention.
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads; strong knowledge of Meta.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline, attribution, and revenue reporting.
  • Experience partnering with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing leadership.
  • Comfort operating in a fully remote, globally distributed environment.
