Requirements

• You speak fluent Rust or Go (or both!) — strong coding skills and a love for clean, efficient code are your thing
• You’re a fast learner — new tech? New frameworks? No problem. You pick things up like a sponge
• You’ve got big system energy — experience (or serious interest) in building large-scale distributed systems that don’t fall apart under pressure.
• Clouds don’t scare you — whether it’s AWS or GCP, you’re comfortable working in the cloud and deploying things that actually run.
• Team player vibes — you’re a great communicator, love working with others, and don’t mind helping someone debug at 3AM (ok, maybe not 3AM, but you get the idea).
• Problem-solver mindset — if there’s a tricky bug, you’re not afraid to wrestle it until the referee pulls you away
• Fresh grads with fire are welcome! — If you’ve got the skills and the hunger to learn, why not
