Senior Product Manager – Knowledge Platform - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and execution of Posh’s shared platform and Knowledge Management System (KMS)—the central brain that powers all our AI products.

• Own the product vision, strategy, and execution for the Knowledge Management System.
• Define how Posh clients manage their AI assistants, balancing simplicity and customization.
• Align roadmap priorities with company goals, customer needs, and technical constraints.
• Use generative AI tools and prototypes to explore new ideas and clarify product direction.
• Build tools that empower clients to customize their AI agents without technical barriers.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and researchers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Understand and advocate for diverse user personas across all product lines.
• Ensure platform consistency across shared experiences like user management and permissions.
• Deliver value iteratively based on customer feedback and data-driven validation.
• Balance long-term investments with short-term wins in product development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or AI/ML products.
• Experience independently owning roadmaps and driving strategy.
• Ability to design extensible and elegant products that connect user journeys.
• Experience designing for multiple user personas with empathy.
• Curiosity about shaping AI agents and experience with LLMs.
• Strong execution orientation with a clean roadmap and clear delivery plans.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with visual and generative thinking tools like Figma.
• Startup mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
