Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and execution of Posh’s shared platform and Knowledge Management System (KMS)—the central brain that powers all our AI products.

In Short

Own the product roadmap and success metrics for the Knowledge Management System.
Define the vision for client management of AI assistants.
Shape strategy and align roadmap priorities with company goals.
Prototype to align and inspire using generative AI tools.
Deliver a world-class experience for clients to customize their AI agents.
Lead cross-functional teams to ship effective solutions.
Support diverse user personas across product lines.

Requirements

5+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or AI/ML.
Experience with strategic ownership and influencing cross-functional teams.
Ability to design extensible and elegant products.
Empathy for customers and understanding diverse needs.
Curiosity about AI and experience with LLMs.
Execution-oriented with a clear delivery plan.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience with prototyping tools like Figma.
