The Outbound Call Center Scheduler at Porter will coordinate appointments between clinical staff and patients, ensuring high-quality member experiences through effective communication and scheduling.

Serve as the coordinator for clinical appointments.
Make high volume outbound calls to schedule appointments.
Add, cancel, or change appointments in the schedule.
Ensure confirmation of scheduled appointments.

Requirements

Experience in a scheduling or customer service role.
