Requirements

• Experience in training multi-modal LLMs.
• Strong machine learning and engineering background.
• Research experience with a pragmatic approach.
• Proficiency in Python and software development principles.
• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments.
• Knowledge of distributed training techniques.
• Familiarity with state-of-the-art multi-modal LLMs.
• Comfortable in a rapidly iterating environment.
• Strong opinions, weakly held.
