We are transforming outcomes for pregnant people and babies with evidence-based pregnancy and newborn care at scale. Our technology-driven care platform enables us to engage patients early, conduct individualized risk assessments for poor pregnancy outcomes, and deliver coordinated, personalized virtual care throughout pregnancy, NICU stays, and the first postpartum year. We measure ourselves by reductions in preterm births, NICU admissions, c-sections and maternal mortality; we improve outcomes and reduce healthcare spend.

In Short

  • Provide direct patient care and clinical oversight for pregnant people and newborns.
  • Improve clinical outcomes for empaneled patients.
  • Lead daily clinical huddles with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Review complex patient cases and develop care plans.
  • Monitor adverse events and improve clinical protocols.
  • Participate in on-call schedules, including nights and weekends.
  • Develop evidence-based medical protocols related to obstetrics.
  • Utilize multiple tech platforms for patient care.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize care.
  • Engage in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Active compact RN license and APP license in Florida.
  • Minimum 4 years of obstetric experience, including high-risk patients.
  • Passion for optimizing evidence-based care.
  • Experience using data to drive patient engagement.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
  • Growth mindset and creativity in problem-solving.
  • Experience with telehealth and remote monitoring.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to obtain licenses in all US states.
