In Short

• Provide direct patient care and clinical oversight for pregnant people and newborns.
• Accountable for improving clinical outcomes for empaneled patients.
• Attend daily clinical huddles with the clinical team.
• Review complex patient cases and develop care plans.
• Monitor adverse events and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead development of evidence-based medical protocols.
• Participate in on-call schedules including overnight and weekends.
• Active compact RN license and APP license in Texas required.
• Minimum of 4 years obstetrics experience as an APP.
• Experience using data to drive patient engagement and outcomes.

• Must have active compact RN license and APP license in Texas.
• 4 years obstetrics experience as an APP, treating high-risk patients.
• Experience in evidence-based care and perinatal outcomes.
• Experience leading successful teams.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to new systems and tech platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
