Overview

The Director of E-Commerce at POLYWOOD® will lead the digital strategy and financial ownership of the DTC channel, driving growth and performance.

In Short

• Own the E-Commerce P&L including budgeting and forecasting.
• Define and execute the long-term digital strategy.
• Direct site taxonomy and user experience for optimal product discoverability.
• Establish best practices for online product lifecycle management.
• Lead site UX development and ensure a frictionless shopping experience.
• Own the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategy.
• Drive advanced personalization and recommendation engines.

• Conduct QA/UAT for product data accuracy and functionality.

Requirements

• 8+ years of E-Commerce leadership experience.
• Proven track record of owning P&L performance.
• Exceptional leadership skills and team management experience.
• Mastery of digital shopping behavior and funnel optimization.
