Overview

Polytek® Development Corp. is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales & Distribution Specialist to grow and manage customer relationships in the Southwest Michigan area, with options for hybrid or remote work.

In Short

• Grow existing small and mid-size retail, distribution, and end-user accounts.
• Research and define potential sales targets to develop sales pipelines.
• Coordinate customer meetings and trade shows to promote sales.
• Manage distributor network relationships for long-term partnerships.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications.
• Provide product selection support and samples to customers.
• Maintain positive customer interactions and relationships.
• Manage customer concerns and ensure satisfactory resolution.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business related discipline preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Experience with silicone, epoxy, and urethane chemistries is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Professional business acumen is essential.
