In Short

• Responsible for cross-departmental coordination and control of technical and commercial project processes
• Point of contact for customers from inquiry to series introduction
• Coordination and communication between customers and internal departments
• Requesting offers and orders within a defined timeframe
• Planning, implementation, and control of projects from commissioning to acceptance and commissioning
• Comprehensive project support and enforcement of project goals
• Independent negotiation with the customer
• OTIF reporting to PM and management

Requirements

• Completed technical training with further training as a technician or a relevant degree
• At least 5 years of professional experience in technical project management
• Ability to communicate proactively at different hierarchy and customer levels
• Knowledge in the field of plastic packaging, injection molding tools, production, and mechanical engineering is an advantage
• Focused on customer needs with high quality and reliability
• High degree of independence, responsibility, and self-management
• Experience in effective budget management for projects
• Experience in team leadership, motivating employees, and achieving common goals
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
