As Program Manager for the Polygon Community Treasury, you’ll be the engine behind the smooth execution of ambitious programs to grow the ecosystem’s founders.

In Short

• Manage the full lifecycle of Community Treasury Grants.
• Own the logistics for Community Treasury Board meetings.
• Lead operational implementation of Treasury programs.
• Interface with internal teams and community collaborators.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in program operations or grants management.
• Proven track record of handling complex workflows.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with grant tools and operations-related platforms.
• Self-starter mindset and strong sense of ownership.
