In Short

• Work closely with attorneys in serving clients and providing excellent advocacy
• Assist clients in developing statements to be used in their case
• Advise regarding evidence to be gathered
• Write portions of legal briefs
• Conduct research into country conditions information
• Work with attorneys in framing and preparing the case
• Serve as a point of contact with clients
• Proactively manage cases to ensure deadlines are met
• Compile and submit filings to immigration agencies
• Perform administrative tasks

Requirements

• Detail-oriented professionals who thrive under pressure
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience as a paralegal in an immigration law firm preferred but not required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Commitment to supporting our mission
