Overview

The Salesforce Developer III plays an important role focusing on prioritized deliverables set by the Enterprise Solutions & Applications department in partnership with the broader internal offices of PointClickCare.

In Short

• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Application Analysts to validate business requirements.
• Develop and maintain Apex classes and triggers to extend Salesforce.
• Design, configure, and build customized solutions in Salesforce.
• Maintain code documentation and write test classes for custom development.
• Perform technical support processes for new or existing applications.
• Evaluate new products and services for suitability.
• Provide long-term design guidance for a healthy Salesforce environment.
• Coach and mentor peers on Salesforce development best practices.
• 5+ years’ experience as Salesforce Developer in a SaaS or Technical Work environment.
• Expert understanding of Salesforce.com Sales & Service Cloud key concepts.

Requirements

• University degree or College diploma.
• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Salesforce Platform App Builder certification.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Proficient in Apex, JavaScript, and VisualForce.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple internal teams.
• Organization, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification (preferred).
• Kantata experience is a major asset.
