Overview

As a Customer Service Representative Specialist Sr within PNC's Treasury Management Client Care organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support for complex products and services.

In Short

  • Perform advanced customer service activities for specialized products.
  • Resolve complex customer inquiries and issues.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Shift hours from 7:30/8:00 AM EST to 4/4:30 PM EST.
  • Requires strong banking fraud knowledge.
  • 3+ years of related experience preferred.
