Overview

The IT Applications Architect is responsible for providing system and application solutions for the IRIS and IDX platform, focusing on data integrations and improving technology resources.

• Responsible for system and application solutions for IRIS and IDX platforms.
• Support daily escalations from application teams.
• Ensure strong relationships with stakeholders and users.
• Maintain SLAs for quality and communication.
• Act as SME for design issues and best practices.

• Ensure data integrity for project and enterprise applications.
• Develop operating procedures around application development.
• Track deliverables for IT and customer projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4 years of experience managing Claims processes and integrations with IDX application.
• Expert knowledge of AES programming and design architecture.
• Advanced knowledge of healthcare claims processing tools.
• Intermediate skill with MS SQL and Office 365.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have advanced reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
• ITIL fundamentals certification or equivalent experience.
• Experience with IRIS for Health/Cache database.
