Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required.
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience, especially in renewable energy.
• Deep understanding of renewable energy tax incentives.
• Strong technical abilities in federal and state tax compliance.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Big 4 public accounting background preferred.
• Knowledge of international tax planning preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
